Style Icon - Marisa Berenson

Award Style

The fashion crowd dressed up and down to the 2011 Fashion CFDA Awards held this week in New York. Stylish offers included Miranda Kerr in Michael Kors (looking anything less than Mummy), Karolina Kurkover in sequined Diane von Furstenburg jumpsuit, minimalist Celine (of course) black suit for Pheobe Philo and gorgeous Liya Kebede in 70's chic Derek Lam white dress. Couture Drinking

What with Karl Lagerfeld designing everything from Diet Coke bottles to chocolate hotel suites you would think it would leave no time other than couture. Wrong. Monsieur Lagerfeld has teamed with Sweden's Orrefos to design a range of glasses and vessels to be released in Europe in September and in Bloomingdales New York in October. KL's attention to detail includes monogrammed coasters for the champagne flutes - how devine. Prices range from AUD $130 up to $1500 for champagne flutes and vases. Tres chic bubbles.
